Argrove Counselling is a trauma focused place
offering psychological counselling
including EMDR therapy to help you
improve your mental health,
develop healthy ways of managing life's curve balls and
better respond to life's challenges.
Therapy with adults aims to develop healthy ways of managing and responding to challenges. This may involve learning alternative strategies to manage immediate concerns or exploring longer term issues in depth over a more extended period of time.
Therapy for adolescents aged 16 years old and older is provided in a supportive environment using a combination of talk and creative approaches. Therapy is individualised based on the adolescent's needs.
Evidence based therapy for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and other related trauma issues.
