Argrove Counselling offers clinical supervision to mental health professionals who are seeking a safe and non-judgmental space to reflect on and explore practice issues.
With over 20 years of experience providing supervision to mental health professionals, Heather Lilley, has also previously worked at two local universities, supervising undergraduate and post graduate Counselling and Social Work students. Her employment experiences include working in a variety of roles as well as at senior leadership and management levels within government, not for profit and private organisations. She has also been involved in developing and delivering supervision programs, policies and training to state and national teams. Heather is particularly interested in supervising mental health professionals working with trauma, anxiety and addictions. She also enjoys working with mental health professionals starting out in private practice.
